I've been really heads down the past few months. I may or may not delve into thoughts about what I've been up to, what I've been thinking, etc. but suffice it to say that posting here (and online in general) took a bit of a backseat to my fitness goals.

I started this year with a goal of doing 40 hikes. I'm not sure how many I'm at right now. I will definitely dig that number up at some point soon, but I'm not too worried about it. In the process of hiking I started running!

I started running and guess what? I never thought I'd be able to run a mile without stopping to walk. Today? I ran 5.6! And that's not even my personal best!

Anyway, I'm still here. I am definitely going to try to post more but... life happens lol.
