I love the idea of taking a social media fast. Last year I did it for the month of January. I think that this year I’ll follow your lead and take from Thanksgiving to New Years Day off. It’s important to be intentional with the time we spend on things. Mindless scrolling of feeds is a distraction from what really maters in life.

I’m back to using QuteBrowser for my personal browsing. It’s a cool, vim-like browser built with QT. It’s obviously not as fully featured as Chrome/Firefox/whatever else but it also doesn’t track me!
